General Information

It is not possible to definitively distinguish this species from other Parornix and Deltaornix species without genital dissection.

The larvae produce a mine which is very similar to Deltaornix torquillella. A gallery leads to a grey/white blotch. The larvae then produce two or more leaf folds. The larvae are grey with black rings on legs.
