General Information

In both sexes of this species, examples occur with the fasciae distinctly orange-ochreous. Sometimes the fasciae may be dark chocolate-brown or blackish with a strongly metallic/glistening ground colour.


Wingspan: 13-18mm.
Foodplant(s): herbaceous plants
Flying: One generation, July-August
